  Normally 3 stars...not great, not bad...it's Taco Bell after all. This specific franchise gets an extra 2 stars from me however for the manager....
  
  During our visit (with 8 kids m tow), there was a severe line backup -- we waited 15 minutes for our food, as did many others. The manager, before anyone even complained brought out free freeze drinks for everyone in this restaurant -- even those who'd already gotten their food.
